Returns and exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; please send your item(s) back to us.



· Fashion items / styles turn over rapidly. Therefore, we cannot hold any item(s) for customer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instruction below:
· Find the item(s) you would like to receive for exchange.
· Purchase it like brand new order, checkout and pay for it immediately.
· You will have a new order number for the new purchase.
· The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.
· Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable

All ELIGIBLE items must be returned within 7 days from the Invoice date in New, Unworn condition (with no signs of use or wear) please include the original box or packaging. We will credit in the original form of payment minus shipping and processing charges from the invoice. You will be responsible for shipping return payment


Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after receiving of return package (please note that after the REFUND has been processed your banking institution will usually take 48 to 72 hours to process and post this transaction.

Items purchased ON SALE are considered FINAL SALE; they are NOT eligible for REFUND / EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT. Please make sure to confirm the size and color of these items before placing your order. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE tab any time.

Items purchased with PROMO CODE DISCOUNT are only eligible for STORE CREDIT. (Store credit does not have an expiration date) They are NOT eligible for refund on the original form of payment. We reserve the right to add or remove PROMO CODES any time without prior notice.

· Please wait until you receive the RMA number to send the package back to us (the RMA will be processed within one business day)

· We recommend you ship your package with insurance, using a traceable shipping method. Please keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed. is not responsible for missing, damaged, lost or stolen packages in transit.
· Item(s) must be returned in new, UNWORN and unwashed condition with the original box and/or packaging, and placed inside an additional protective shipping box, DO NOT tape up the original shoe box for return shipping. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for REFUND, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, and the item(s) will be returned to you at your own expense.


Please try on the shoes on a carpet or rug for a very limited time to avoid the sole getting stain. Stains, scuffs or scratches will make shoes ineligible for Refund/Exchange/ Store credit.

30% Restocking Fee of the total value order will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (example: Refused, Return to Sender, Incorrect Name or Address, Not Present at the time of delivery if signature is required)
· The Shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.
· Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.


On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item. Please contact us when this happens, will make it right.  
For all Missing, Wrong or Faulty items please start a claim, please contact us, you MUST report it to us within five days of item being marked delivered. ANY Missing, Wrong or Defective items reported after five days will NOT be accepted. Please send clear images of the item (s) and a copy of the invoice.
